All our bone-in beef is dry-aged in our temperature & humidity controlled lockers for a period of 28 to 35 days.

*All fish can be de-boned and grilled, roasted or poached and served as a fillet
with olive oil, capers and oregano; choice of garlic sautéed spinach or wild rice
